Shipping policy

All products will be shipped out with 2 business days. We ship out USPS and also UPS. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order is filled. Most orders arrive within 3-5 days. Sometimes sooner or even latter during Holiday seasons or weather conditions. You will receive tracking information via email you provided so you can keep track of your package locations.

Please provide proper shipping address. We are not responsible if you provide us with the wrong address. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, the only thing we can do is redirect your order, and there are fees to do so. If you are not willing to pay the fees. The package will be sent to the address given. If the package is returned to us, we will refund you for the items once we receive the package, not shipping. Please look over your shipping address.

Any package not received because of the fault of the carrier. please contact us either via email or phone, and we will take it up with the carrier ourselves to either get you your package delivered promptly, or refund you for the items you paid for along with shipping cost.
